Neon Leather Dye Tub.....

During a guild meeting in Pacific I learned about a Neon Leather Dye Tub and from what I was told this is legal. Anyone know anything about it? Where it came from? How can I get one?

It is an up-in-the-air dispute. They were gained using the GMs to bug them (I know, right?)... you basically sold your leather dye tub to a tailor and buy it back (which is now a reg dye tub) and then they'd have the GM's come fix it. When they did it kept the colors of a reg dye tub but was returned to leather capablities. (this has been addressed so don't run out and buy 100 leather dye tubs)

Some people say it's illegal, some say it's not. They are so valuable that those who have them tend to keep them locked up just in case. There are few of these... but many many more obviously duped or bugged items out in the game so i would say (hope) that these would be at the bottom of the GM's todo list.
