Ok, so I decided to make a Mage/Spellweaver/Necro char, but I can't find any spellweaving or necromancy trainers in New Haven. Are they usually located in the mage shops?

Also, does anyone have any tips for starting out with this kind of char? Like what spells to start practicing with, etc. I have a 100% LRC suit, btw.

FOr spellweaver, you will ahve to find your way to heartwood to complete the quests for both the skill and some of the spells. This will also give you the spell book. There are now newbie trainers taht I know of for this skill.

For necromancy, I have been told that there are necromancy quests, but all they give ATM are reagents.

To get skill training, go to the moongate and select MALAS, then UMBRA. Use ctrl + shift to find the necromancers. Click on them once, and use the context menu to select TRAIN. They will give you an amount of gold to give them. Drag that amount (usually no more than 370 gp) and drop it on the trainer. This will then raise your necro skill by that amount.

Now, for the spells, many of the necro and mage spells can be found as loot on all monsters.

Spellweaving spells can only be found on ML monsters.

All of them can also be bought from player owned vendors.

You can get the necro quests in New Haven, and one of the quest items is a necro spell book that increases your negative karma. They are located outside the city walls to the southeast.
