Hello all!

My name is Jason Alexander Hamilton, and I have been playing Ultima Online for just over 5 years now. This is the first post I have ever made on any type of Forum and I look forward to joining the/a community!

I was curious however, something that has always interested me has been random facts. I was certainly interested to see if there are any Ultima Online useless facts! So, the question is now asked! Who has the best Ultima Onlina fact that are totally useless, but are pure genius?

Hopefully something fun can be made of this!

Well, a little while ago I saw some jwilson slimes.

That's a useless fact.

jwilson slimes are slimes named for a game reviewer who didn't like UO, and said so in a magazine or something (never read the original, and wasn't around for it).

I guess jwilsons disappeared, then came back recently? I know I saw some, and killed a few - no special drops. Dunno if jwilsons are still in game though.

One thing I thought was interesting was the naming of the demons. Someone told me that while there are several oddball names, several of them were named after former Devs. Can someone confirm or debunk this?

Also, the Blessed Reagent statue... was it designed by CatHat, seeing as how it looks like a cat, after all?

Ill make my first post both a greeting to you and an introduction of myself to these boards, been playing UO since launch day.

Jwilson slimes were named after the reviewer in Comp. Games World gave UO the "Coaster of the Year" Award.

Some Demons are the names of the Devs. spelled backwards. Inocard the Demon = Draconi of the UO dev team.

Ill have to look up my old Prima UO guide for some of the more obscure things that the original Dev team put in the Game.

I can confirm about the Daemon names. During one of the recent waves of creatures attacking Cove, there was a Daemon with the name "GrimmOmen".

Hmm...trying to think of some more fun stuff...

There's Cowtipping, of course, and purple llama Energy Vortexes.

Some guards or NPCs are called with strange names if you read them backward...
Like Reebdoog the Guard. I had a screenshot or two with such...
