Last night around 7:30pmish I was in Blighted Grove on Catskills doing my normal thing- Killin' Stuff effortlessly. I have that capability as a Legendary Bard, hehe.
Anyway, it seems that the Hydra named Abcess (not sure if I got this right) is quite difficult, as are the other hydras when they decide to breath on you. Others in BG at the time took what I was doing as luring. I apologize if they thought that. It was not my intention to "lure" monsters out to kill other players. After I died a few times attempting this beast a player, who will remain unamed, also died by the elemental breath. That player decided to give me a bad name in the dungeon and no oone would res me. I have played this game off and on since 1999. I did not become Legendary by taping keys down or using helping hand programs. I did it the good old fashioned way, hard work. The intention of this thread is to apologize for any insurance money I may have caused people to spend unwantingly. But also, to defend my good name. Grizzly Adams (the original btw) is a decent man and is always up for fun and friendship.
This is the disclaimer- I think there is an assumption of risk when you enter a DUNGEON. It's called a DUNGEON for a reason. There's dangerous stuff in there that wants to kill you if you are targeted. When I see them I am going to fight them. If you get targeted, run or stand and fight. Don't cry because a few pixels disturbed your precious quest. THERE WAS NO INTENTIONAL LURING, SO KISS IT!!! I guess I'm not so great at apologies.

Grizz it is frowned upon if done intentionaly but since you seem sincere in your actions it is ok, it happens it is a video game btw and like you said your in a duengon crap happens, hehe

like Ben said, its a video game. a lot of people seem to get quite mad about that sorta thing..... don't worry Grizz, it happens and it is a public place. they have no reason to be pissed about it. anyone that has ever spent any period of in the grove should understand what could happen. death is always a possibility

If I had a gold piece for every time I get cursed in a dungeon for "stealing spawn" or "luring" Id have a castle.
