My Mood: | Multiple Clients I have 3 accounts under my credit card. Just opened my third one because of a house trading issue to purchase a new home in Luna recently. Its not fun when you can't open multiple clients at the same time. I cant move house ownership to another account no matter what i try and do. This should be resolved, I do not see a risk in allowing more than one client for even a few minutes a day. If you own the accounts, why not let you log in 2 cleints on 2 different accounts? It's a sad day for me indeed. |

Here is the specific information for running 2 clients using XP: How do I run multiple instances of UO on the same machine? OSI has stated that using Windows XP to run multiple clients is allowable, although doing so does not justify violating any portion of the Terms of Service such as illegal unattended macroing. You will need multiple UO accounts for this to work as only one character per account may be active on any one shard at a time. 1. Windows XP must first have two or more user accounts created on it. To create a new user account, click Start, Control Panel, then User Accounts. Under Pick a Task, click Create a new account. See here for more info, if needed. 2. "Fast User Switching" must be enabled otherwise progams will shut down when switching users. To do this, click Start, Control Panel, User Accounts. Select Change the way users log on or off and ensure the Fast user switching box is checked, then click OK and close the control panel. 3. In one account, start Ultima Online and log in normally. Switch users by clicking Start, Log Off, then Switch User. In the next account, start Ultima Online and log in with the next UO account. Due to recent changes, this method may not currently be working.
