Moving skill tiles?

Is there a way to move the skill tiles to different sections (i.e.: camping to the wilderness area)? Also can you drag them to the screen, or the hotbar?

The dev's did say in Chicago that you will be able to build a custom tab to show only the skills you want to see, but I haven't tried it yet.

You can drag skills down into a hotbar (and if the one hotbar isn't enough, you can build more hotbars, and if I'm not mistaken, you can move those additional hotbars around the screen and switch them to vertical or horizontal. Again, something I haven't tried, but they demo'd it in Chicago).
