Mines...

I cannot drop anything in mines from the backpack. When my character becomes overloaded with ore I have to take single steps to the forge as the stamina runs low. Is this intentional or a bug?

Also I see cloud shadows and rain inside the mines?? Anyone else see this?

Not a bug with being overloaded, that's how it works, else you could carry any and everything on you and never have to worry.

A technique used with ore in large piles is called "piggy-backing" where you pick up the ore (with cursor, single click, and hold, not pick it up and put it in your pack) and drop it a few tiles in the direction you want to move, move your char a few tiles in front of the ore, wash and repeat.

Or you could get a fire beetle, which is a walking forge.

Edit: Don't know about the not being able to drop anything on the floor part though.

You playing in KR? I've noticed I can't drop anything on the ground while I am in KR.

Good tip about the fire beetle, I didnt know that.

Yes its in KR, but only in the mines I cannot drop stuff. I reported it to a GM who sent a msg asking me to report it as a bug.

fire beetles rock for miners..I'd strongly suggest you get one
