what is the min magery skill needed to never fail on gait travel?

I have seen it fail at 110..... I think the way it is setup is absolute crap. You can have 115 and still fail at 8th circle (rez) They should look into this....

Are you sure bo? Everything I have read 106 is 100% on lvl seven spells. Have to be at 120 for lvl eight.

I agree with Bo. At 115, you still fail at casting spells. About the only spell guaranteed to cast each and everytime at 106 is create food (There are a few more, but thats the only one that comes to mind).

Alls I know; my Tamer has 93 Magery and casts Gate at least twice a day (bringing the Unis to zoo) and I can go a week without failing.
My Necro/Mage/Scribe has 105 Magery and casts Gate once a month and will fail 3-4 times before a successful cast every freakin time... |

thanks guys, i think i will just get used to keeping gate scrolls with me at all times. i don't have the points left over for gm+ magery

I am VERY positive on this gate at 110 thing. It happens to some friends I roll with sometimes. All my mages are at 115, so it never happens to me. But I do fail at EVs and Rez ALL the time, and it really pisses me off.

I only fail when I most need an 7th and 8th circle spell even at 119.3 magery..........
