Max resists on a shield

just curious as to what the maximum amount of resists you can get on a shield are, thank you

40 is the most, I think, but it's very difficult to achieve, and you have to upgrade an old school shield that has max resists already to get this, so it's very rare.

edit: also anything above 30 total is very high, and also a rare find.
