Making new characters is so expensive

Besides, you could spawn for those PS instead of buying them... you don't have to buy em, its just easier.

Agreed, that topic line is misleading. That’s the price for top notch advanced character. A new character cost nothing to make.

I'll go on record saying again.. out of every 40 spawns I do.. I get at least one magery... 40x12 = 480.. I'd say a fair testament would be that 1 out of 500 scrolls is a magery. *shrugs*

Low yes, impossibly no. It is rare, but I have gotten 4x 120s before out of 12 scrolls, have even gotten two of the same 120 on the same char before. Its all just luck/RNG.

That is completely different, you didn't say you were soloing a spawn and getting 24 chances before you got one.

nothing soulbinds in uo, so it better be expensive to make a top of the line suit.

I tried the cheap route with PvP and it doesn't work (bushido swords). Just the weapon itself cost me 4 mill which is a ok weapon but not the one I need. You are looking at 15 mill to 20 mill or higher for a really good weapon. And for a mage a suit with 100% LRC, 65 plus for each resist with MR, LMC, at least 120 Eval Intel, and 2/6..yea you are looking at spending a good amount of gold.

LOL, how sad is this? I have never completed a Champ Spawn to date. I have hung around a few, and stolen scrols, but I have never been part of the fight. HAHA, there are so many things I have yet to do. I guess I have too much fun stealing and looting...la

Maybe I should clarify.

We didn't solo. There were four of us in each spawn, and we did several in a row on each occasion. So I counted doing a Baracoon, a Rikktor and another Baracoon in one sitting as "one". This was in the middle of last year, so Champ spawns went obnoxiously fast compared to now. And yes, the odds of four 120 scrolls dropping are extremely low, and even lower considering they all dropped for the same character.

I kind of think it was beginner's luck myself.

It has some other modifiers as well. Can't remember what.
