What's your opinion of it? Good? Bad?

Has anyone noticed a signficant change in loot post 1000 luck?

I never use it, I generally in my opinion get better things with a full set of spined armor at 40 each peice than what I do with 1000+ Luck.

Just me though.

I had a luck suit and while I didnt do all that much expirimenting, from what I saw it didnt do all that much.

I used to swap between the luck suit and an LRC suit while training pets at the Sphynx and got just as good of loot with it as without it..

I havent tested it in long time:/

Have a luck suit, supposed to give you more rewards, found I got very regular arties while wearing it. Other than that dunno.

Its sort of fubar'd right now... I get much better loot when I farm in a 500-700 suit than I do in anything over 999. Been like that for quite some time.

I also wish Luck effected the quality of the loot in Treasure Chests.

Friend with 850 luck always gets the best items/marties on hunts. She also gets more gems, ASOS'es, rare fish and coral from her aquarium, and much better bods than I do. I've worn 1300 luck suit to dreadhorn and other hunts, and usually get squat and throwaways even though I'm dealing lots of damage. I think there is a UO luck god that hates me... or is there a UO bad luck god that loves me?

I've used them but have never really noticed any difference in the loot. My Tamer was the only one who could pull off a decent luck suit and his loot was never much better than my Paladin with under 200 luck.

I get the same crap with or without luck suits. I only use 100 luck on my dexxer chars(gauntlets of nobility) but I also honor them, and isnt that supposed to give you like 100 luck per 10 skill of bushido?

We have a guy in our guild that always does proxys, and gets insane loot. He goes there usually with 1 or 2 guys and switches out to his luck suit before he kills it. I dont know. Maybe I have horrible luck on my account..

I went to doom for like 3 months with a buddy and he got about 8 or 9 arties, I got none. He always seemed to get them about 5 minutes after I logged out too..

In my experience luck is pretty much worthless for regular loot yes, but it does work in special drops - you know, minor artifacts mainly. Definitely getting more of them on my tamer who wears around 1200 luck than any other chars.

i never got anything good when i hunted with my luck suit.... come to think of it i never got anything good when i hunted without either.
