Looking for a little help......

What it is .....

I found out that there is a quest which gives Bone Machette reciepe as the reward.
I have started the quest and wether its the booze or just brain meltdown I am stuggling at the first hurdle.

Where or how do i get a "tainted tree sample"? ...I would be very grateful for a point in the right direction.

You should already have it. The first part of the quest wants you to "deliver" the sample to Iosep in Jhelom. Check around in your backpack, it should be in there.

Like I said before....it could not have been the booze so I must have been suffering from total brain meltdown.

I have since completed the quest and can now make bone machetes.:grin:

Is there a similar quest for the Acid Rope?

Hmm..I think you have to get the Acid Rope recipie from doing the crafting quests in Heartwood. I'm not 100% sure on that one though...maybe there is someone else here who can answer that.

Yes, the acid rope is a reward for Heartwood crafting quests. I made footstools, but it's a rare one.
