Its real best point is the resists. The max it can have is:65/50/50/95/60

Its got average hits and Mana, but max stamina and only a few points shy of max Strength for the extra oomph.

The past GM Eval and Poisoning is just a nice addition...

you will only be ever to train the skills to what they were when you tamed it, for over GM skills. I have a beetle with 123 poisoning, and he wont ever go above it, but his eval was never gm so thats as high as that one will go. really nice resists on that thing too, damn near maxed!

His resists are sick, and his poisoning should go up a little more once trained. Could use a little more hp, but other than that that's a great beetle.

You actually paid 1 mil for that beetle? Do you have a char on Pacific that is looking for one there? I have one that is hands down better then that one that I will sell ya for 1 mil.

I figure he can make me that cash back farming stuff PDQ anyway...

And I would love to see screens of anyones high-end pets!

I have just purchased a rune beetle for 60k on Europa via UO auctions, he has 115 poisoning and 110 eval. He is currently waiting in the stables for bonding. My question is, how good actually are these things? This is my first rune beetle

They're pretty good. Though I'm now using a Cu Sidhe. Just train it on Dull Coppers for a while.
