Does anyone have one of these? Or know if the extra 18 keys, work in UO or UOAssist, it would be very handy to use then keeping the a-z keys free for typing. While were on it, does the screen work with it that would also be handy!

I have seen them used. I do know that the macros still have to be set up in UO or UOA. Nice thing about it is you can add cntrl, shift, alt or all three to the macro. Then go to the macro manager and just record your key strokes. I think the best way is to make a profile, go to macro manager, name a macro then record the key strokes. That way you can move the macros from one key to another without having to redo them each time. Also you will want to make a profile for each character and save in a different directory. Then when you start UO you have to switch between the profiles. To do that you delete the one and import the other. That is why you don't save them to the default directory.
