im currently at 91 locpicking and i been picking the ones at arctic ogre lords not sure what level they are i got good gains at first, but wonded if anyone knows better place to go i found out i need to be picking level 4 chests but not sure on locations. any ideas anyone?

try to find a public rune library, see if they have a lockpicking runebook, look for any rune marked yew crypts or under yew, or something like that.

this rune should take you to an area with no chests underground. But if you explore the area, you will find 2 areas with 3 chests in each that you can gain from without any creatures (unless you have negative karma) because there is a pixie spawn which will attack you on site. Reason you recall not in these rooms is because you can not mark runes in these rooms, I do not remember exactly why. but its just a short run to these chests.

as you pick these chests, loot them as you wish, when I was training I just left them, they will eventually decay and respawn and you can pick again. Also if you find a public rune library or more. if you can mark, explore each rune, and mark only those that are in not very dangerous areas. I did this with my lockpicker, eventually got one full runebook of not very dangerous areas, I just recalled and picked each one and by the time I finished with the last rune in the book, I recalled to the first rune and the area had respawned.

You are not 100% limited to dungeons until level 95. So you can still gain from high (but not the highest) paragon chests as well.
