welp it was a rather long night, and i stayed up till about 2 am. so i just closed down uo while i was standing in luna. needless to say, i was feeling rather home sick this morning when i logged back in. when i recalled to my house, i saw a lich name tag pop up when i hit all names. this is pretty common since i live in southern yew just south of the lich spawn. i though nothing of it till i got inside and realized the mofo was inside my walls. now i thought that nothing could spawn inside walls, i would also like to point out that i have owned this house for about 6 months and never have had even a bird spawn there. anyhow i was wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen to them before? the house is public btw

Maybe it being public has something to do with it. Liches can open doors.

I'm sure it spawned there. Don't know if public/private has anything to do with it.

That spot isn't accessible, right? I've seen other stuff spawn in those areas of keeps also, like harpies, great harts, etc.

nope, i tried that as well. its not a big deal, it hasnt casted on me(yet). i just found it strange and nope dip, its not accessible.

Yeah, stuff can spawn in there then, animals, monsters, regeants, etc. and I think you can't boot them because they aren't technically in your home (think the housing coding for keeps in regards to the gound covered do not encompass the entire area, but only the areas which are covered by the keep).

That kinda sucks. It seems like that would be a 'courtyard' of sorts of your home. So it should be classified as your house. Have you tried switching the house to private and back?

Seriously tho, I have seen low level critters spawn in that area before. Im doubting that it will be there long...

I logged out a character on one of the asian shards years ago when they first opened. I logged into that character a few weeks ago, and my character is in someone's keep just like where that lich is. Someone placed a keep on the spot i logged out at, and I just so happened to "spawn" right there when i logged back in.

It is completely inaccessible, and it's technically not part of your house, cause if it was I would have been automatically ejected when I logged in. Pretty neat though.
