So regarding Gargoyles:

How do you all think that they are going to be implemented? I just had one of those thoughts that kind of come at you when you arent expecting.

Do you think wiht all the talk of making reasons to PvP, the Gargoyle "home city" is a huge dungeon, etc. that the Gargoyles would be an opposing race like the whole Alliance/Horde thing with WoW?

Having never played WoW, I cant say how much sense it might make but from what little I know of each Stygian Abyss and WoW it seems that it could be plausible...

Lets say for a second that it did happen, however implausible; how would you guys (especially the people with WoW experince) feel about it?

No. I don't think so for the following reasons.

First, while there are "rogue" gargoyles out there, the gargoyle city itself is friendly to Britannia, and gargoyles as a civilization have generally been seen as friendlyish.

Secondly, the game is simply not designed for an Alliance/Horde system. With insta-kill guards, a *highly* uneven and unfair distribution of cities, and no real PvP type of system in Trammel facets, that would render any Alliance/Horde system pointless (by the way, I'm talking about a kind of PvP flag, not guild waring).

All in all, it would take a lot of changes to foster that kind of system, but hopefully it would never come to be.... that's simply not Ultima. Why?

Ultima is about choice. Alliance/Horde/WoW is not. And that's that.

The thought came to my mind when they did the whole vampire thing on test center.
