I have 3 characters, with double names and all are quite long. As soon as a click on "Play now" I crash at once. I bought one name change token and renamed on Siege Perlilous the char Tamara L'Ahires to Tamara and now I could log in with this char for the first time at all in UO:KR.

I got this char from a friend and wondered already for a long time if I should remove the surname, but I want to keep the full name of my other characters.

Do you already know when this crash problem is probably solved and we can log in with all our characters?

We have both been very vocal about this, and yet with no confirmation... I had the opposite problem you did...I bought a name change token, and changed a character's name to the max length, and he then crashed the client. To me, this definitely means we have a problem...the character logged in with no problem before the name change.

and I wish we didn't have to pay 20 bucks to confirm it... but I wanted the name change anyway, so I can't complain about it too much. ( I would have purchased it regardless of the bug.)

I have a few chars with double names, guess I'm gonna test this now.

Edit: I logged in fine with all my chars that have long/double names. Didn't crash at all.
