Can anyone tell me if these can be farmed, do they still exist, etc... etc... etc...

no they can't be farmed anymore. You could get them in 1999, with the clean up brittania thing. They still do exist, due to duping. Odds are if you ever come across one in game this day and age, it is duped, however some people do have legit ones they've earned themselves years ago.
