Thumbs up Interview with Nissi Auction House of Chesapeake

I recently did an interview with Lord DarkSaber of Nissi Auction House on the Chesapeake Shard. I would like to thank Nissi Auction House for allowing the interview. Enjoy!
How did Nissi Auction House get started?
Lord DarkSaber: We did auctions for a long time and we thought it would be fun to start doing them again so we started up Nissi Auction House.
Who is the owner?
Lord DarkSaber: The Nissi Guild is the owner, noone takes full credit for owning it.
How many items do you usually have for auction each week?

Lord DarkSaber: We usualy have about 200 items submitted by other players.
Somedays we have more somdayes less just depends how much people bring in that night to sell.

What is the hardest part of running an auction house?
Lord DarkSaber: Keeping the crowd happy.
How long has the auction been running?

Lord DarkSaber: Nissi Auction house has been running for about a year now, but we have been in the auction busniess for many years now.
If anything, what makes you different from other auction houses?
Lord DarkSaber: We like to have fun.
Is there any auction at Nissi that stands out in your mind more than others? For example, was there an item that went for a very high amount that you weren't expecting etc.

Lord DarkSaber: Yes, there is one auction where we were selling a pile of rope at the time it was worth at the most 25-50k, well one of the bidders called the other one poor or said they wernt as rich just somthing along those lines. Just so the other one wouldn't get the item they kept bidding. It finally got up to around 2 or 3 mil for this pile of rope just because they didn't want the other to win it.
and when it came time to pay for the item the winner paid the full amount he won it for

What night is the auction held?

Lord DarkSaber: Auctions are held every Sunday night at 7pm eastern time.
Do you require a fee to enter items to be auctioned off and how much of a percentage do you receive for items that are sold if any?

Lord DarkSaber:There is no fee to submit an item but we do take 10% of the winning price if the item does sell, which really isn't that much. If the item doesn't sell we don't charge a thing and we just hand item(s) back at end of auction.

Can you give us a location for the auction house so those who may want to come can?
Lord DarkSaber:No never muhahaha! lol jk
