I went to gamestop's order delivery status page and it said "unshipped items." I sent an email over to them and haven't gotten a responce. When I get paid, I'll walk the... uh... twelve blocks to the Gamestop store and buy a second copy.

Now spank me and call me silly, but would it be too much to ask that the UO game play mechanics be super-imposed upon DAoC? Having never played the game, I don't know what it's like. But I'm pretty sure it's had a few upgrades.

And, also, since EA axed the previous UO "sequels" because they didn't want to compete with the original game, it's rather hypocritical for them to be willing to let their new sup-division, Mythic, to continue producing their products.

I wonder... EA is a sports brand. Wouldn't it be interesting to have MMO Football or missc. sports game? Ala Sim City, you build a city. Then you build a stadium. And you ACTUALLY get to play the side of the sporting events. Control a whole team or just be the player or be the coach. Or just park your butt in the stands and watch.

That'd be a great idea for a MMO. Is Sims Online still active? I wonder... what company runs City of Heroes and City of Villains?

I gave in and ordered one yesterday. I'm not sure if I want to set camp up on Baja again, or try a new shard.

Ordered mine from Amazon 3 days after announcement. Checked my order status and it says I won't get it for another week.. Arggggg

Need another copy so I'm thinking that EB Games is prolly where I am going..

Yeah, I got mine at the EB in the mall near my house.

Called 2 Best Buys, they couldnt find it in the computer

Called 4 Wal-Marts but only got to talk to someone in one. They said that they dont carry the UO line anymore. They did actually have it listed for ordering on their website under "Ultima Online:Eve of a New Era"

Earlier in the year when I went to by the 8th Age they said UO was discontinued at EB

If you buy it at the mall, do you still get the gifts?
