Re: In KR...

when you erase the name don't use back space, just erase the letters and then use the < arrow key to skip over the spaces. You should be able to use the > key to put a space there.

Also, I think hitting spacebar will actually put a space in the name.

Re: In KR...

KR adds a space to the beginning and the end of a pet name everytime you go to edit it. so to name a pet 'john smith' you would..

click pet name
clear its name
type John
hit enter
click pet name again and add Smith after the space
that would give you _John_Smith (underscores = spaces)

you can clean up any extra spaces in front of the name in 2d after you are done.

Re: In KR...

Don't forget, when editing in 2d, if you have a pet with a three-part name, don't delete the spaces between the words: you'll never be able to get them back.

Re: In KR...

also, in Kr if you have a pet named _Bob_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ it won't allow you to type more if the name is full of spaces. Best way to find out how many blanks you have is to use the arrow keys to move the typing marker back and forth.
