I'm not digging this chest up anytime soon...

Okay so I finally GM'd Carto and Lockpicking. Bought a few maps on the weekend so I can gain with GGS. And did a few easy ones with my bf to kill off the monsters while I take a look at the loot.

Anyway, I got this one map that I don't think we're gonna be doing for a while. I'm still trying to finish off my magery and music so I can at least help keep people alive.

Anyone, got tips on how this can be done? I didn't get a screenshot of what the island looks like, but I'm sure you guys know which one that is.

Hehe, yeah, that's the one I don't do.

But if you decide to, tactics to be used are... drop the map in Luna.

j/k I'm a bit curious on how others do it too.

Heh... Dot Island for the win!!!!! I love doing that chest.. its a level 6 and is a blast with a group of people...especially if you spawn quickly... *chuckles*

That is one of my favorite maps to do hehe. If I can do it solo on a bard/thunter, I think you could pull it off with a tamer/peace friend

I have a lvl 6 t-map for that island, i was like ya... that maps never gonna get finished.

Ah ye of little valor! ok heres how to solo, plant yer boat next to it and cast energy field, log out and in with t-hunter, dig it (ermm doesnt need much finding)invis on last shovel full as usual then run like hell onto boat, invis, set sail a bit and provo the hell outta them then cast on remainder

Is easier with pet, just keep pet between u and the beasts, if u dont have tamer on yer t-hunter then just use yer tamers pets on boat and log yer t-hunter in. Does that make sense? demo's can be given on europa

thats based on level 6 which is the only ones ive ever had there.

I don't think what I got was a lvl6 map though, so it should be easier right? It was either 4 or 3.

Okay, my t-hunter is a mage/bard, although we have discord on her. We'll try it with me on the boat, and my bf on the island with whatever pops out. Can I reach the chest to loot, if I'm on the boat?

no u cant reach the chest but your bf can loot it.
or each time it pops run back to t he boat

Work up honor with your T hunter, get it way up there, then honor yourself so nothing attacks you. work there for about 3 minutes, then get onto the boat, and then wait 2 min so you can do it again. Rinse repeat. This is how I solo Dot Island
