It's by the meer village outside of spirituality. There is a cool aquaruium but I couldn't get a decent shot of the sea serp or dolphin.

This is on Pac, btw. Don't the other shards all have them too? There was a collection that had to be taken up before it could be built.

Yeah when I read this I was like "Zoo....ilsh?" completely confused and went to the Meer city on legends and was like "Ok she's Nucking Futz, there's no Zoo here" then as I scrolled the rest of the way down after already making an arse of myself and going to look on my shard found out this was a Pac thing lol.
