is it illegal to go AFK while fighing a 6gp fighter for example...

there are no macros at work, im just not at my computer and my char is beating a npc fighter... (this is hypothetical as im not sure if i should do this atm..)

supposedly all afk is illegal . in ur case i can only referral to the people who have afked on golems and got 30 supensions. in my judgement i would have to say yes it is illegal sorry ..

In my opinion, I would say no because like you said..no macros are at work, your just beating up a wrestler. I see nothing wrong with going afk (of course, the Gm's didnt agree with my reasonings therefore suspending me for unattended macroing)

i have seen a few people go bye bye while hittin on golem.. they come in say hello wait a minute or so say hello again if you dont answer they then take u to jail and possibly suspend account.

well i'd say it is illegal, cause you are training a skill correct? and to be raising skill heaven forbid if ya go afk when ya come back ya might be in a dark,dark room by yourself

thats one thing i dont like about how the gms operate. when you page one of them for a problem you are having, it takes them 45 minutes to answer you. then when they do answer you, they tell you "there is nothing we can do". 45 minutes of my time wasted!

BUT....

Lord knows that when you are activily sitting at your computer training a skill on an npc/golem and nature CALLS, you have to kill the npc or put the golem in the stable, shut down UO, possibly shut down your computer...just so you can go to the restroom without having to worry about coming back 30 secs later and finding yourself locked in a cage because in those 30 secs that it took you to run to the restroom and run back a Gm was standing there and you werent responding.

is why they ussually give you a 5 minutesto get back i actually told one my kid fel out of highchair (really nature called) i came back just as he zapped me to jail . he still added a warning to my record though.
