If you were leaving UO what would you bank/save?

Not much, when i left UO i had barely any wealth/items. Never realy did in all the years i played teehee

When I left UO, I sold everything and ended up with about 30 mil.

I just came back and had some of my wealth x-fer to Sonoma, which was nice.

It's good and bad to sell off everything, the obvious bad is you can potentially sell off some very rares items, I am kicking myself in the a$$ for it as we speak.

when I get round to doing my tidying up I'll be banking gold, sentimental items and any resources I have room for after that. I'll prolly load a few vendors at my main house to clear out any unwanted stuff I can't find a home for.

... If I thought I was leaving or quitting UO I would not believe myself and leave homes and items intact. Years and ages ago I took a break that lasted a whopping month but had gotten rid of nearly everything and to this day I regret it. Now, when I feel like leaving, I just leave everything as is.

But those that really doubt they are returning I would bank everything that is irreplaceable or hard to come by and leave maybe one account on if I love the house it holds that much. Sell or give away the leftovers.. or crowd it all into one house and purposely cause it to decay and throw a going away party the day it goes idoc.

I would give everything to Eowyna and Dip. For me, building my great empire is the fun of the game, and I could easily do it again if I ever decided to come back.

I would put everything in all my chars bank, and ride a beetle on every char and stock that up too, and then stock my chars up. I dont want any IDOC hunter getting anything of mine! I personally think IDOC hunters are at the bottom of the barrell. I can always find a new home somewhere if I came back. I worked too hard to obtain the stuff I have and wouldnt want to lose it.

I think you have to be riding them, but yah they will hold your stuff.
