Has anyone noticed, on their shards, whether houses are still posting their decay stages? On LS, several idocers, myself included, have been at a loss to find decays in the past couple days, but houses are still falling (ie the loot is found afterward, but no decay was evident). I know random timers were put in place, but were the decay stages removed from the house signs? Anyone chime in on this?

I'm watching a couple houses right now and the condition is on the house sign.

Aye the houses still show their decay stages. I sat an IDOC the other night and watched it fall once it got thru the IDOC phase. Only difference now is when the house falls, we can not place a house nor plot for x amt. of time, like 15 mins or more ... not sure on the timer there but I am the lucky one that placed. I know 15 mins. at least had gone by and while that gives everyone time to loot freely without some one hoggin the plot to just grab things onto their new place....it was actually more enjoyable this way too.

As folks grab up the loot and tonnages they have to go somewhere to lug it all after they and beetles are full, then come back and forth etc. gave me a chance to place after the timer had gone by between other folks hauling the goods all off.

I kinda like it this way now. *of course it did help that I also had the house in front of the one that fell so I had less distance to lug things. I been trying to become my own neighbor for nearly a decade in UO..it has finally happened !

hehe, "howdy, neighbor!". Congrats on getting the spot! Yeah, I like the change for the placements... Evens out the playing field a bit. Glad to know the decay stages are still shown, was worried I would never get ahold of another chest with 125 death robes in it... (yeah, that's my usual luck at IDOCs... but I continue to try). (The above "death robe" incident did take place. Ugh)
