Looking at tradespot, I found out who lost these.
His name is....................... LUCKSTER (222 posts under that name)

He would like the soulstones back, and offered to buy back items (would like them given back)

Right underneath that, he is posted selling mass 120 scrolls, including 120 magery. Don't think he is hurting THAT bad. Contact info below

Actually, I've already sold off a lot of the stuff...

The soulstones are probably the only items I DIDN'T keep, seeing as they're account-bound and would have been completely useless to me.

Seeing all that stuff he's selling, I wouldn't doubt that a lot of it is duped, and he transferred some to each shard to change the item ID for each.
