It is correct. No cap for DI for PvM. Someone can correct me if I am wrong, DI cap in PvP is 100. (I think)

Heh, this is what I have for Characters:

PLAYER
Damage Increase [DI] 300% (200% from skills/spells, 100% from Items)
Defense Chance Increase [DCI]
Dexterity Bonus [DB]
Faster Cast Recovery! [FCR]
Hit Area Damage [HAD]
Hit Chance Increase [HCI]
Hit Life Leech [HLL]
Hit Lower Attack [HLA]
Hit Lower Defense [HLD]
Hit Mana Leech [HML]
Hit Point Increase [HPI]
Hit Point Regeneration! [HP Regen]
Hit Spell Effects [HSE]
Hit Stamina Leech [HSL]
Intelligence Bonus [IB]
Lower Mana Cost [LMC] 40
Lower Reagent Cost [LRC] uncapped
Luck
Mana Increase [MI]
Mana Regeneration! [Mana Regen]
Reflect Physical Damage [RPD]
Resist Sum Total
Self Repair [SR]
Skill Bonus
Stamina Regeneration! [Stam Regen]
Stamina! Increase [SI]
Strength Bonus [SB]
Swing Speed Increase [SSI]

Not much info. I guess I should finish that project. LoL.

Edit:
Changed DI cap.

Yes, I've bottomed out on damage dealt. No matter how much more DI/Skills that add to DI/Special move that add to DI I added, it had a limit.

I think it's Spell Damage Increase everyone is thinking of that does not have a cap except item limitations.

Oh! So, there is a cap for DI in PvM. Thanks for pointing this out.

No problem, don't want everyone running around with 150% Damage Increase and wasting property slots.

I'll also add that the 200% from skills/spells include things such as Tactics/Anatomy/Enemy of One/Slayer Properties.

The 100% from Items is strictly the Damage Increase Property.
