Will non-current subscribers get the free Kingdom Reborn download too?.. As in if we have an account but not currently an active subscriber.

Welcome, Griinshar!

I can't speak from any official source, but I think anyone will be able to get the KR client. However, you need an active account to log into the game.

They have said it will be just a downloadable patch.
