i can't train on a golem until my skills are 80?

for some reason i can't attack the golem in war mode! even when my swords skill is 80 from jewelery

You need to chose "guard me" on the monster menu, and then order it to attack you.

It will give you a base damage the first time, then it wont hurt you again.

and be guilded and NOT in a guarded zone. They normally get one 'hit' on you at least before they become docile. (sp) And training to 120 would depend on the wrestling of the Golem or creature you are using sence they need to be within a range of skill for you to be able to gain off them. I believe it is a range of 20-30 either way depending on the skill in question. (pritty sure it is true for melee, archery, magery[mage weapon] and tactics, not so sure about anatomy gains though)
