Hi all, after a 2 year break i decided to come back to UO The latest version i have is samurai empires and today i reactivated my account and all chars are still there except house ofcourse. Now i wanted to upgrade my account to mondain's legacy , i downloaded that client as well before reactivating but when i go to : www.uogamecodes.com to buy an upgrade code it asks me to login. So i enter my uo username and password but it keeps returning to login screen without any errors or anything. It seems i cant login into that site to buy my upgrade code for mondain's legacy. I am a bit stuck for what to do now.
Any suggestions?

Hmmmmm not sure what would be up with that, I logged in with no problem and my accounts aren't even active right now purhaps just carry on with your order as if you logged in and see what happens from there?

You have to purchase an upgrade code for ML and allow everything to then patch in.

Well i have been trying now for an hour to buy the ML upgrade code, keeps putting me back to login screen, tried logging in with my uo account name and password and my account is reactivated since this morning. when i enter my details on the login screen the screen flips a few times over but back to login if u know what i mean. I also tried to change my password in uo account management, that worked alright but still i cant login to uogamecodes.com and i am unable to purchase my upgrade code. Is there a different way of ordering this perhaps? I live in the UK

your log on for my uo and your account are not the same thing, personally there set to the same but yours are most likely set to a different name/password

When i try to login to www.uogamecodes.com i use my login details from the uo account, not from myuo. I actually tried using myuo details which resulted in an error saying no such user has been found. When i try to login with the uo account details as normal no error messages or anything, the screen goers back to main page with all the products listed and when i click add to cart i get the login screen again and when entering details in there the login screen just keeps coming back with no errors or anything.

I was thinking that as well but i checked and got accept cookies turned on. Each time when i enter my details in the login screen on the uogamecodes website the screen flips over a few times like its reloading ( or when swithcing over if u know what i mean) but then twice. And i always get back to the login screen with its fields empty. Bit lost here for what to do

I beleive that you can phone it through?

Have you tried the "Help" link yet to see if they can't get you fixed up or like Cybercossack said they can get you taken care of over the phone and don't require you to do any kind of signing in.
