how to make an account

i cant seem to find the account thingy with the visa cards an stuff

Im assuming you wish to make an Ultima Online acct?

Start up the client and at the log in screen there are two buttons to the left. One says "MYUO", and the other says "My Acct" or "Acct Management." Click on the latter and follow the buttons for "Create New Account."
