There's been a lot of outsourcing here. But. Quite a few companies are now pulling back and re-establishing support networks in the UK. Outsourcing didn't work out the way they thought it would. Hopefully that trend will continue and spread.

I hope that trend jumps accross the pond and finds its way to UO/EA.

oh please....spare me the "i think it's OK, but I would NEVER do that" line.
if it were easy and convenient most people with the cash would do it.

Besides...you book -n-paper gamers out there (stop trying to hide my fellow gamer addicts

) are already willing to shell out big bucks for the latest D20 supplement :p
