how do I teach parrots words?

Keep repeating yourself until they say what you do. Or if your lucky, they will talk while your in a conversation.

k, they said it like 3 times while I was spamming, do I need to spam more?

Make sure they are fed...i foudn that fed parrots repeat more...but they never just talk on their own...they will mimic your conversation....or in my case they mimic : I wish to lock this down....lol

parrot wafers...cooks can make them with honey/fishsteaks/flour
