Three drop, one to each of the top three damagers, per Shadowlord (SL).

Originally, all three were dropping to the top damager - but that was fixed.

Not sure what would happen if someone managed to solo one...presumably the other two would be lost.

Your next question should be, "How often to SLs spawn?" I haven't seen one spawn on Sonoma since the 2nd night of the invasion.
