| Guest  | House Situation Hi all, i used to play UO back when Blackthorne was released, a friend of mine got me to try the game, but the house situation at that time was kind of silly. ( you could barely walk in the wilderness, everything was housed ). My question is, is this situation worse, same or improved? i mean, i have nothing against housing but i was wondering if there was a shard where wilderness where still wild and hadnt become a housing project. I am currently downloading the trial, so i guess i may see soon enough but there might be shards where i can find what i am looking for. |

  | Re: House Situation It's better, there have been new land masses on top of new shards to place housing so for the most part there are uncongested areas. |

| Re: House Situation Welcome back....... as you are aware, much has changed........ fortunate now, housing is simply not permitted in some of the more wild areas.... so there are places to roam....... best of luck....... |

| Re: House Situation Plenty of room on Siege Perilous as well if you're looking for a bit of challenge in your gameplay. If you prefer a production shard, you can still place on Pacific, Atlantic, Chessy etc. You just need to find somebody who constantly hunts for house plots or does IDOC's. |

| Re: House Situation The housing situation was greatly helped about 2 years ago, a little while before samurai empires came out. All houses on inactive accounts collapsed. Loooooooooooooooooooots of places opened up. In addition to that like the others say, extra landmasses have made even more spaces. |

| Re: House Situation Theres lots of empty housing plots to build on stil lon Europa as well. Many houses still fall in many of the 'quieter places' Also its fairly easy to pick a house up free even. some times from folk leaving the game. If your ever needing one on Europa,give me a shout.  |
