a house

i've returned to UO after a few years, and wanted to get back into making some ingots and plants for fun... i however would like a house - nothing fancy or huge - that has a reasonable amount of lockdowns...
Is there perhaps room to place a plot in the newest expansion? or is someone selling a medium size plot (not in fell pls)?
i have 300k to spend, but i don't remember if that - by today's standards - is considered little or allot...

Hi there Klinger. If you could post what shard you're in, maybe someone from there could help you out.

300k is more than enough for any but the largest sized houses. House sites are fairly easy to find as long as you don't choose the busiest shards. Go ahead and let us know what shard you are on so we can help you. I myself have characters on most shards, with enough skill to show you around and find good house plots.
