Water Barrels are a little different there Damage.
Waterbarrels can be filled and moved around.
You can empty the water barrels by drinking the water out of them (could take a while depending on how much it's been filled) and then just picking up the barrel.

I'm too scared to feed it, what if it disappears.. It's been in a safe location on a friends account for years upon years. I log on every now and then to pet her. Just can only imagine it must be lonely in there all by herself.

nope, barrels will stay and not decay. Someone one time, put a large "TC SUX" inside of despise spawn in fel. TC is a large red spawning guild on Baja. It took a while for the barrels to be torn down, as you dont have lots of time to drink the water while doing a spawn. On their island, someone one day, made roads all on the island from house to house with water barrels, it was pretty cool, but I didnt live long enough to see where they all went to....
