I'm looking for an item called a 'Royal Guard Investigator's Cloak'

From what I've been able to find out thus far, only five ever spawned...needless to say, this will be the challenge.:grin:

Nor have I figured out how to be gracefully passionate without appearing arrogant. In the end, I always seem to be arrogant and weak instead of humbly passionate.
