My Mood: | Help with returning to UO Just a pre-note (I previously owned Mondain's Legacy, no longer have the CD-Key) Hey some of you may remember me from a few years back, I am/was True Strike on the Europa Shard. I've longed to return to Britannia and after reactivating my account today I was prompted with a requirement for an upgrade code which I unfortunately never had. I inserted a Free 14-Day Trial Code and when patched and ready to play I logged in and found all my characters on the Europa Shard... missing. ![]() Any help/ideas would be much appreciated Many Thanks |

My Mood: | Re: Help with returning to UO Thanks Adam appreciate it, I've just sent an email to EA contacting them of this, if so, hopefully they would reactivate but since I had a GM Sworder with all skills maxxed out, it is more than the 350 skill point margin mentioned. Much appreciated ![]() |

Keep that username (along with your password) private if possible. I didn't think it was possible to use a free trial code on an existing account. Did you ever have more than one account? I don't think they delete characters (a friend of mine just reactivated his account, which has been dormant since 2002, and all of his characters were still there). You might want to call customer support and talk to them. My friend spent a couple days back and forth on the phone with them, trying to verify his identity and whatnot, but it was worth the effort in not having to re-train all of his characters. Good luck! ![]()
