I just downloaded this game, and it's the latest version. What can I do?

The game version is new, but I guess it won't apply the patch?

The weirdest thing is that in my patch folder in the directory, I have those files. They're already downloaded but they won't install?

Cannot remember exactly,but..........

Does it not give you some where to go if the patch doesn't work?

Delete ANYTHING in the patch folder(but not the folder itself).

You may have to reinstall not sure, I am not an expert on UO's patching client.
