maybe drop an account that isn't nearly as valuable with houses? I do not know what to say =/

If i transfer the house, lets say to a new account. will the contents go to a moving crate in the old account, or do they stay in the house.... as is. Like everything in place.

Or would a transfer give the new owner a "clean house" nonoe of the previous owners stuff......

I gave my house away on Atlantic... when I transfered it to someone ALL the items stayed in place if not mistaken and they kept all the stuff

That is correct a transfer leaves everything as is. Unless the owner of the house has a vendor. If that is the case the original owner would need to remove it before the transfer can take place.
