Have to love dealing with EA... you send money to the EA PayPal address, then have to go to PayPal to get it back since EA don't accept it - but don't tell anyone that. Then, when you ask about the official EA site payment system, they send a poorly constructed email telling you to talk to PayByCash....

All they need is someone in accounting taking money via PayPal, sending out the codes people pay for, and paying the money straight into EA's coffers - but they are not 'organised' like that. Classic example of a company that gets too big, they regard taking money as secondary to fitting in with their internal processes and bureaucracy. They still make profits, but at heart, have basically lost the plot completely.....
