WHo have you tried to contact? Try a feedback, and a public post in the u-hall on stratics. You can be unassuming (Paypal and EA: What do I do to get my money back)
Or inflamatory (EA Store takes your paypal money but does not deliver!!)

As to the bottom of your post, what do you need to know about smith enhancing? What is good to enahnce? HOW to enhance? What the different ingots do?

I think Jeremy was so fast because she didn't know about the arrangements with PayPal in the past, before her time there, and so is trying to work out what exactly is happening. She's quite likely surprised to find EA have a PayPal email address

I'm sure she'll get to the bottom of it - but I have doubts we'll get a proper explanation in the end, just a suggested 'how to buy things in future'...

Off topic: Sure, I'm still confused about smithing and tailoring. What's the best ingot/ leather for resists? I found out I needed Arms Lore to make better quality armor which bites since I had no arms lore on the three or four mules I've got.

Arms lore is very easy to gain. Just get yourself a dagger or any type of wepon will do and repeat arms lore on that one item until you are GM. Kind of a dull way to spend a weekend but you could have it finished easy.

There is also a good page from stratics that shows which ore is best to use against a spacific monsters, I use this guide to enhance slayer wepons found as loot.

Click on an animal or monster on the left side of page and it should tell you all the info you need to best enhance for that type of beast.
