A Happy UO Post

These are refreshing to read on Stratics every once and a while...

New stuff at that time and needed a break.
Never closed my account though due to I stop in
From time to time to let friends now I’m still alive!
And from time to time Ill just pop in to do some crafting
Or Dragon hunting.

Hehe

I have tried almost every new Online RPG that has come out
And even though I Loved the most recent one World of Warcraft
I have just closed both my accounts there and come back to
UO full time…..

I may not like some of the things that get changed, but I adapt
And move on.
Nope I’m not thrilled about how UO has now become mostly
Item based but! I have adapted and my Crafter Loves ML!

And I am actually coming around to loving the new items
All of em even the ones I can’t afford! And I can usually
Afford almost anything I want in UO.

I don’t much care about the price it’s my Hobbie
And I budget for it :-)

Ill say it again.

I LOVE THIS GAME!

It’s not the Highest graphics around
It’s not the 3D game of the year
And to be honest that’s one of the reasons I love it

I can Load UO up on my little 800mhz Viao
And take it anywhere I want to go!
Can’t do that with WoW or EQ!

Whelp if you have a really nice new laptop maybe
But mine is just a little 800mhz and when I am
Out and about town doing work or just sitting at a hot
Spot I can log in and do some crafting or even get killed
Errr I mean kill a Dragon or two hehe

So when this New 8th Age comes out Im pre ordering
A few just to have them new fangled BLUE soulstones!

Woot Love soulstones im an addict to em
Now my crafter can be a dragon slayer once in a while
And get some nice karma back! Hehe

I love UO!!
Many parts, to me, have taken a turn for the better! I've been highly addicted the past couple weeks with no sign of slowing down.

I love UO. If I felt the way some of the complainers seem to I would probably just quit. It seems pretty simple to me. If you aren't having fun don't pay for it!

UO:ML was the smoothest expansion in gaming history! And it added a lot of great fun too.

I agree been playing since 2000 and havent stopped yet
I do like the ML , so many things to do and dont see how anyone could get bored of it :grin:

I have been playing for about 5 years now, I have enjoyed all the time I have been here. There seems to be so much for everytype of person that would play. That to me is brilliant in itself. Love the new expansion, of course I rp an elf. *grins*
