Halloween item use

my question is,do all the rare halloween items,such as murky milk..have any special effect if you use them or are they only good as eye candy? Thanks for the help. I Am new to this forum and look forward to sharing experience here.

Visited a vendor earlier today wich sold cake, pizza and the wine for 1m each. LOL. You get them for FREE by trick or treating for a while.
