Grammar of Orchish (summoner) What do you do with that?

I got this tailsman and all this orc brute does is follow me around. Is it supose to do something? If not then that was a waist of time donating all those ingots for something to just follow you around.

I use one when I am gold farming on my dexer with the Guardians in Doom as the more characters/pets are in there the more of them spawn. You get 2 guardians per character/pet so instead of just getting two I get four and I also dismount off of my swamp dragon and then I get 2 more guardians bringing the total up to 6.
