Good - designing charecters and gaining skills completing your creation, (yes I'm one of those sad people that enjoyed getting gains and the satisfaction of reaching goals).
Bad - so many crafting charecters with little to no use.

Good - So much choice in design in clothing & dyes too.
Bad - not enough charecter slots to develope new and varied charecters as new races/skills are added. Or perhaps 100 more skill points might help. (I'm not asking for unlimted slots but perhaps an extra slot at the next expantion could be a great marketing feature, hint, hint).
