How do Golems work? Do you just have them gaurd you and then take a wack at them? Does it have to be your golem, or could you just be friended? (i'm out of stable slots )

I think this might still work, seeing as I've been out of the loop:

Say the following: all stop, all follow me, all guard me, then attack it, then spam all guard me repeatedly (Put it on a macro key temporarily). Then swing away.

Make sure it's a 100% poison weapon though.

Here is the key to golem training nowadays though. You should try to get a pre-patched golem, as in it has 100% poison resist, if it is a newer one, it will have 99% poison resist, and you will damage it and eventually kill it. Cause it will take damage at 1% rate.

You do not need to be owner of it, you can have someone friend you to theirs, just make sure you also type "all guard me" you need to repeat it about every 2 or 3 minutes or else it will lose the command. The first hit, he will hit you and you will take damage, thats ok, it always happens. After that, just keep swinging at him. If you dont have any poison weaps, I can hook ya up with some. I have a couple of em with multiple weapon types. Make sure you use a fast swinging weapon too. You dont want to be swinging with a bardiche, cause it will swing alot slower and you will gain very slow.
